Though many years seperated them on the assembly line - you can enjoy the benefits of this all-Ford combination today. JUST THINK - NO MORE : Pushing stiff clutches. Shifting and grinding gears. Howling transmission noise. Finally a car the wife can drive and no tricky clutch and linkage problems for you. This well thought-out kit uses the original Ford starter and fits 32-48 Ford flatheads as is and 49-53's (with stock - readily available Ford or Mercury bellhousings). You recieve all the parts shown in the photo including a specially selected torque convertor matched to the flathead's requirements. Complete instructions included. Kit includes: Flywheel (balanced) - Torque Convertor - Bell Housing - Pilot Bushing - All necessary Bolts and Washers and complete instructions. When ordering - Include the following information in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS area of the Order Form: Number or splines on your C-4's input shaft. 24 splines used from 1964 1/2 to 1970 - 26 splines used 1971 to 1979. is your engine an early (pre 1948) or late (1949 and up) engine. There is a $30 shipping charge for this kit. The $30 charge will be instead of the amount in the shipping and handling box on the order form.
