fastens on with clips all the way around the ring instead of just 4 clips like the original GM rings. This clip system will allow you to install wheel weights (balancers) without interference. STAINLESS STEEL rings are not as shiney as CHROME rings, but will not develop surface rust as the chrome plated rings will probably eventually do. But the CHROME rings are chrome plated so they are brighter than the stainless.
