Improved material over OEM seat backs. These are a lightweight ABS Plastic material, which is stronger than the original materials. The Upper retaining brackets are molded into the material, so the separate metal retaining brackets are not needed. These are made out of a black ABS material. This is usually fine for most Vettes with black interior, but if you want a less glossy painted look, order the dyed ones: SET263 (Also use SET263 for any other colors you want pre-dyed, or you can dye these yourself)
