A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE, BUT WORTH IT FOR SOME RESTORERS. 1977 1st design (each t-top panel has 2 latches on it-one at front & one a rear of panel) Has 19 plastic pins (push-in pins) Another way to distinguish between early 1977 & late 1977 is to take your old weatherstrip off where it fits above the window (the straight part). If the rubber is glued into a metal channel (the metal channel may come off when the rubber is removed & stick to the back of the rubber) , that is the early design. It there is a metal bar made inside the rubber, not a separate piece )when you remove the seal, there is a hard piece inside the rubber), that is the 2nd design.
