1979-82 Intermittent Wiper Controllers have been obsolete for many years. Without this controller, the wipers will not work. This simple plug-in jumper connects to the dash harness to bypass the intermittent wiper controller, and allow use of the windshield wipers (only without the delay function). This kit is actually 2 harnesses that work together.
