Gennie Shifter basically offers two different styles of shifters, front and rear mount. Front mount shifter mounts on top of the transmission with plates that hug the transmissions midsection, this shifters general location is 13-1/2" from the rear of the engine block. Rear mount shifter mounts off the tail shaft housing approximately 22-1/2" from the back of engine. All shifters feature a built-in neutral safety switch, adjustable, "Delrin" flanged bushings and lateral action reverse lock out. Shifters come complete with all necessary hardware and linkage. Shifter and brake handle boots available at extra cost. If you don't see the shifter you are looking for we will be glad to specify. Front mount shifter comes with black knob. Rear mount shifter comes with machined aluminum knob.
