Indicator box mounts off transmission pan bolts and connects to the shift selector on the transmission. As the transmission is shifted it lights up a series of LED lights to show what gear the transmission is in. The engraved dash plaques and LED lights are sold separately. If you are also in need of a Neutral Saftey Switch, use the RP-12 in conjunction with this gear shift indicator. The starter wire through this RP-12 and will only try to start in park or neutral. Includes universal mounting hardware to fit all automatic transmissions including TH350, TH400, 700RA, 4L6, 4L80, Powerglide, C4, C6 and AOD, Mopar transmissions and many others.
