FORD T-BIRD  HARD TOP WEATHERSTRIP KIT - Part Number 51500-AK
If you are doing a show car, this is the correct weatherstrip to use for 55 and early 56. If you are just restoring your T-Bird for non-show purposes, the better weatherstrip to use is #51501-BK. Note: The very early 55 hard tops had a hard rubber type weatherstrip that was glued into stainless steel troughs. This later type may be used by removing the troughs and drilling some holes.
