FORD CROWN VICTORIA HEEL PANEL - Part Number PHP-55-64A-WHT 1955 Heel Panel White. Our heel panel is the strip of cardboard that goes under the bottom of the rear seat cushion and above the carpet. Originally it was made out of dyed cardboard, but we have made it out of cardboard and covered it with vinyl.
