Replaces M-7003-R58. Input shaft is 10 spliine 1.0625 and output shaft is 31 spline. Requires bellshousing M-6392-R58 to install in a 79-95 Mustang plus a M-5059-A cross member. 31 spline driveshaft yoke required. 94-95 requires modification to crossmember and lengthen drive shaft .625" and use clutch fork E6ZZ-7515-A. Gear ratio 3.27, 1.97, 1.34, 1.00, .68. Can be used with 4.6 if bell housing M -6392-M46 is used. Features improved shift forks, 1 piece counter shaft gears made of 4815 steel which increases the torque capacity over the M-7003-R58 model.
