ALL  CARB ADAPTER-4 BOLT 2" RISER - Part Number FL-CA-13
This is a 2" riser for the 4 bolt --small base(1 7/8" x 3 1/4") rochester carbs. It is threaded on one flange for the carb and drilled to fit over the studs on your intake on the other flange. These will raise your carbs about 2 " to clear some linkages or just to make your setup higher for better performance or looks.
