ALL  CARB BASE-STROMBERG 97-48 - Part Number CL-97S
This is our cast iron secondary 97-48 base completely rebuilt with new shaft -new 12 degree throttle plates and our torsion return spring built into the base. This base is complete with the carb arm for your linkage hookup. These bases are to be used on secondary carbs only (end carbs on a 3x2) as they dont have idle circuits. They will seal your outter carbs tight and give you lower idle speeds and better throttle response. These bases are precision lapped in to assure perfect fit of the throttle plates.
