FORD  ACCELERATOR PUMP SPRING CLIP - Part Number S-9637-81
Holds large accelerator pump spring to pump. (Model 81 carbs only). We designed and made this clip as an improved version of the original clip. It really works better than the stock part.This style spring retainer doesn't use any washer or c- clip. It doesn't overhang your spring and hang on the gasket or top. Note--this retainer is much smaller than the 97-48 with the larger pump.
