Cast alum with polished fins. Three bolt block off. This block off plate shows up in the early ALMQUIST and HONEST CHARLEY catalogs of the late 50's. I found one of these and reproduced it. A very unique part from a company of the past. Stromberg 97 or holley 94 3 bolt pattern. MADE IN THE USA!!!
