Cast alum with polished fins. Four bolt 5 fin carb block off. This block off plate shows up in the early ALMQUIST and HONEST CHARLEY catalogs of the late 50's. I found one of these and reproduced it. A very unique part from a company of the past. Fits the small base rochester 4 bolt pattern. MADE IN THE USA!!!
