Fits all the flatheads '32-'53 and is used to cover the fuel pump stand hole when running an electric pump.SEGAL was a '50s company from LA california that built linkages and fuel system parts for hot rods. I found one of these and reproduced it. A very unique part from a company of the past. Stromberg 97 or holley 94 3 bolt pattern. MADE IN THE USA!!!
