These precision cases are machined from "356-T6" aluminum alloy. Stress areas are reinforced to withstand both stock and high performance applications. NOTE FOR PART NO. 298-8: Thru 1964 internal transmission parts will work inside this case. Old style transmission adjuster boss is designed into case so it may be used on early models also.
