Use for replacement of buy correct 1" belt for application and have parts needed to convert to 1" drive system. U.S.A. Made rear belt drive kits for wide tire applications feature polished and hard anodized 356T6 aluminum rear pulley, rear drive belt and chome mounting hardware in a variety of pulley styles and model applications. Designed to fit stock motorycles, these kits will allow fitment of wide 180 rear tire. With a 1" wide pulley, a 180 series tire can used with 5-1/2" wide wheel, a wide fender must be used on all sizes over 150. BDL's 15/16" wide spacer part No. 58-475 must be used with stock with hubs. On FXR & Dyna models, the section of frame behind the shock must be widened. The 1" belt is not intended for use on stock 1-1/2" width rear pulleys. This belt is intended for custom applications utilizing fitted 1" rear pulleys. Care should be taken to assure proper tension and alignment by a trained mechanic in order to prevent premature failure. This product is manufactured from the best available materials with utmost care taken to insure uniformity in construction and strength. However, there is no warranty implied or otherwise, nor does the manufacturer, or distributor, assume any liability on this product which is solely intended for custom applications. This one inch wide belt is not as durable as stock 1-1/2" wide belt manufactured from the same material. Use of this belt is at owner's risk.
