ROLLER TAPPET - Part Number 91-602
Needle bearing mechanical roller tappet kit with pushrods. This new adjustable mechanical roller tappet kit eliminates the need for adjustable pushrods and makes installation quick & easy, without top end disassembly. The tappet bodies are precision machined from alloy steel, then ground for roundness and heat treated for strength, durability & wear resistance. The roller "wheel" is fully supported with needle bearings, to reduce friction and increase reliability. The adjuster & seat are made from heat treated chromemoly steel, and are secured with an aircraft style locking nut. The threaded adjusters allow you to adjust valve lash at the tappet. Correct Crane pushrods are supplied with each kit.
