This .500 Lift Kit for Sportster (except Evolution) features stock o.d. springs, interference fit to reduce harmonics and control spring surge. No machining required for installation. Springs have 20% more pressure than stock. Use with stock lift cams and high lift cams to .500. Combined loads: 90 @ 1.310; 300 @ .810. Coil bind: .750. Recommended cam lift: stock to .500. Each Manley Spring Kit is attractively skin packaged and clean storage. Kits requiring special machining operations include complete instructions. Every kit is engineered with interference fit, reverse wound springs to reduced harmonics and control spring surge. Manley has introduced "K" series spring kits which include Manley chrome moly heat treated keys correctly matched to the top collars.
