The Uni Filters use a unique open cell polyurethane foam designed especially for filtration. Virtually no dir or dust particles escape capture and extremely high air flow & filtering efficiencies are achieved. When cleaning is required just wash the filter in grease cutting dish washing detergent and re-oil the clean filter as many times as you want. Washing and handling can't harm the Uni Filter, it's polyurethane -- plastic -- so it's tough. NOTE: Be sure to use air filter oil, before using these filters. *NOTE: Filter height measurement is taken when element is compressed in housing. For comparison, measure inner reinforcement screen.
