Midwest is proud to offer our Slick Shift 4 and 5 speed transmissions for both Softail models 1990 thru 1995 and FXR models 1990 thru 1994. 4 Speed Special features include: * Chrome Horse U.S.A. Made transmission case cast in CNC machined permanent molds from A356 aluminum and hardened to T6 specifications, then fully machined on state-of-the-art Mazak FH Horizontal Machining Center. * Cases available in cast finish. * Transmission gears are all back cut, made from high nickle chromemoly steel with lead-in ramps machined for better shifting.
