DRILL JIG - Part Number 97-114
1954 & Later Drill Jig Cam and Bushing Installer for Sportster. OEM 25586-37. Also a Big Twin side valves 1937 thru 1948. Jim's had developed a drill jig to install and drill a dowel pin in the cam and pinion bushing to the factory location. By drilling and pinning the bushing, it will not be able to move or rotate, which could cause the oil to stop, possibly damaging the motor. All drill jigs are supplied with a #31 drill.
