Cylinder Head DRCE 2 Aluminum Raw. GM Performance/ DRCE2 aluminum cylinder head was specifically designed for DRCE2 block P/N 24502572 and intended for NHRA Drag Racing Pro Stock competition applications. Complies with rules for 500-cubic-inch engines with 4.900-inch cylinder bore spacing. Special features include: high capacity water jackets, symmetrical port lay-out, ample wall material for custom porting, thick deck surface (0.850-inch) to facilitate angle milling, and reduced weight casting to minimize CNC machine time. Typical CNC-prepared head without valves or valve train weighs approximately 40 pounds.
