1965-1966 Headliner Headliners for Chevrolet, Dodge, Mack, Willys and Ford trucks are made for the make, model and year of the truck specified. Most headliners made between the mid-1930s and 1950s were constructed using an oil impregnated cardboard and molded to fit the crown roof of the truck cab. All of our patterns are based on out-of-the-car originals that were duplicated. ABS Plastic with a medium embossed leather grain texture is used. This material is easily formed with heat and duplicates the original look and texture of the factory headliner exactly. ABS plastic is very tough, yet flexible, and does not show scratches or scuffs. It can be easily dyed with a flat vinyl plastic spray paint. All of our headliners come with a piece of Quality Heat Shield which should be glued to the underside of the metal truck roof. This insulation material will greatly reduce the heat in the cabin area. All of the headliner patterns are based on out-of-the-truck originals that were duplicated. Each of these products will look an dfit just like the original. ABS plastic can be easily dyed wiht a flat, vinyl plastic spray paint. The panels also can be covered with cloth or vinyl to match your upholstery.
