1954-1962. This finned valve cover, with its high luster polished finish, adds beauty to any engine compartment. It's thick cast aluminum construction helps reduce rocker arm noise and engine heat. This cover will convert a later head, that uses bolts on the edge of the cover to secure it to the head, to the earlier design which uses two studs through the center of the cover to secure it to the head. A stud mounting kit is included with the cover. Must use a 1937-1953 valve cover gasket set. For a chrome oil fill breather cap, order part number 2061.
