You can set the tele ring where you want it to stay, but it cannot be turned.Very similar in appearance to the original 77-82 wheel, but the dish of the spokes is not quite as deep-OEM Wheels are 2-3/4 Deep, these Repro Wheels are 1-5/8 Deep, and gives a little flatter appearance when installed. Most of the colors are NOT an exact match, but this is still a Good reproducion at a lot less cost of an original steering wheel.
