They are still in the box, made by Corvette America. They do have the upper window felt attached, but no other trim (you will have to transfer over your old trim). You transfer your trim from your old door panel to the new door panel.1968-1982 Door Panels are made with an ABS Plastic Backing, instead of cardboard like the originals to keep them from warping. 1969-1982 Plain Panels come with the upper window felts already installed, and require transferring trim from your old panel to the new one, unless indicated as a Standard or Deluxe Panel w/Trim. The most difficult part to transfer over is the Door Lock Bezels, which were braised on from the factory, making it hard to re-attach on the new panel. You may want to consider purchasing new Bezels which come with pre-tapped holes and attaching screws (part #DOR201). 1968-1977 Door Panels also have the Plastic "Velcro" type Fasteners installed on the back side.
