This is a rebuilding service for 1929-1937 Chevrolet clutch carbon throw out bearings with ONE-PIECE cast iron housings. NOTE: 1929-1931 models originally had a clamp bolt on the side. We offer a carbon insert for this type of holder. Send in your original GM or after-market carbon throw out bearing. Housing must have an opening for the carbon of 2-3/8" (2.375") ID. COMPARE TO YOUR ORIGINAL. Replaces GM# 837021.

Send in your original carbon bearing cast housing and allow 2-3 weeks. NOTE: Not all carbon bearings have the same dimensions. If you do not have a GM original housing, our carbon insert may not fit your housing. If you do not provide a rebuildable core, you will be charged a core charge of $60.00 in addition to the price of the rebuild service.
