97 STYLE SECONDARY ALUMINUM BAS 97 style Secondary Aluminum Base Vintage Speed's new 97 style aluminum secondary base. Comes with our special 12 degree throttle plates and an early EELCO carb arm with torsion return spring to seal your carbs tight. The dry poly-graphite applied to the throttle plates in our secondary bases, is yet another layer that prevents air intrusion AND lubricates the plates for easier opening.
